The Northern Cheyenne Tribal Education Department submits an Annual Report each year documenting program activities, participation, and expenditures for the Johnson O’Malley (JOM) Program.
Purpose
The Annual Report includes:
- Program goals and objectives
- Participation and grade-level data
- Cultural and academic enrichment activities
- Financial expenditures by site
- IEC involvement and recommendations
Reporting Sections
Section I – Summary
Provides contract information, budget totals, current-year funding, carryover funds, and participating schools.
Section II – Progress and Evaluation
Reports:
- Number of students served
- Activities offered
- Program outcomes
- Expenditures by category
Section III – IEC Report
Documents IEC participation, meeting frequency, and recommendations for continued operations.
Annual Expenditure Summary
A detailed Expenditure Report accompanies the Annual Report and provides spending documentation for the fiscal year.
Submission
Reports are due by December 31 each year to the Bureau of Indian Education.
